How It Works
1. Order It
Choose from one of our three curated options. We switch it up each month so you can try all of the meat goodness Crossroads has to offer. If you wish to change your selection, be sure to submit it by the 25th of the month. If we do not see a new request, we will send you the same bag option you chose the previous month.
2. Special Delivery
Your meat comes frozen, vacuum packed in a Crossroads insulated bag, and delivered to your door the first Monday of every month if local to the Green Lake area or the first Friday of every month if local to the Oshkosh area. Want to pick your Banty Bag up at the store? You got it! Just choose the pickup option on your order form and we will throw in a $5 gift card with your next order.
3. Eat Up
Bon Appétit! Keep an eye on our homepage for the latest recipes and pairing suggestions to make your meal extra special!
*We feel the best way to thaw meat safely is to plan ahead. Defrost it overnight on a plate in the refrigerator. By the next day, you’re ready to cook.*

The Beef

You will receive one of our specially curated packages with all beef steaks, roasts and grinds. The Beef selection is changed up each month, allowing you to try an assortment of our products.

3 lb Chuck Roast
4 Top Sirloin Steaks
The Smokehouse
10 – 12 lbs
$99 per month
You will receive one of our specially curated packages with Crossroads’ Own Smokehouse products. The Smokehouse selection is changed up each month, allowing you to try an assortment of our products, all smoked in-house in Green Lake.

You will receive one of our specially curated packages with only the best cuts of beef, chicken, and pork. The Mix selection is changed up each month, allowing you to try an assortment of our products.
